Stand Alone Services

For families who are not enrolled in a membership, Maxwell Pediatrics also offers select pediatric services as a one time benefit.

Fourth Trimester Package (Birth to 4 months)

The first three months of your baby's life, cared for entirely at home. 

    • Careful monitoring of newborn jaundice and healthy weight gain

    • Growth and Development monitoring

    • Vaccines administered at home

    • Breastfeeding/ Lactation / Formula feeding guidance and support

    • Direct communication via phone or text

    • Prenatal Consultation. Before your baby arrives, we will take time to review your goals, answer questions, and plan out newborn and self care. We review what to expect in the first few days, weeks and months upon the arrival of your little one.

    • Feeding support. Breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, mastitis support, and the transition back to work

    • Emotional wellbeing. Screening for postpartum depression and anxiety, with coordination of care when further support is needed. 

    • Family Involvement. Partner and family education, so everyone feels confident, connected, and supported through the new chapter of parenthood

Medical-Grade Ear Piercing

Medical-grade ear piercing using sterile techniques, with attention to your child's comfort and safety.

One-Time Sick Visit

$200

Expert, compassionate pediatric care when your child isn't feeling well, providing prompt clinical evaluation, rapid testing, and thoughtful treatment plans focused on your child's quick recovery.

Well Child Visit/Sports Physical

$300

Comprehensive wellness and physical exams tailored to your child's growth and development, with attention to their overall health, sports readiness, and ongoing well-being.
